Holiday Provision

Holiday provision for civil servants is also very competitive. You are generally entitled to 25 days annual leave from the minute you join, plus 10½ days public holiday provision (pro rata if you work part-time).

After a certain amount of time (this varies between employing Departments), your annual leave entitlement will normally go up to 25 days' leave – and, work permitting, you are encouraged to take it!
