Open Days

We stage an annual Open Day which will provide you with an opportunity to experience for yourself the types of work in which GLS lawyers and trainees are involved.

At the Open Day, you’ll have the chance to

· Participate in mock legal proceedings;
· Understand the role of GLS lawyers in drafting new legislation;
· Discover what life as GLS trainee is really like;
· Find out more about how the GLS recruits its trainees;
· Talk to GLS lawyers and trainees about their work & the work of their departments.

The Open Day is held in London during the Easter vacation period. To apply for a place, you must submit an application for a vacation placement with the GLS. For further information about how to apply for a vacation placement, please click here.
