Disabled Candidates And Reasonable Adjustments

The Equality Act 2010 defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and adverse long-term effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. The GLS is committed to considering any reasonable adjustments needed to ensure that disabled candidates can participate in the selection process.

If you are a disabled person as defined by the Equality Act 2010, you will be given the opportunity to specify any reasonable adjustments you may require. Any information given in support of your request will not be used in selection decisions.
