Training Contracts & Pupillages

There’s a lot of variety and choice on offer at the GLS. We offer training contracts and pupillages. You can train in one of six central government departments. The work you carry out will change from day to day. No two trainees will have identical experiences during their training period.

We think all this variety is a real selling point - but we recognise that it can also be a little confusing. Although we can’t provide a definitive guide, we’ll try to give you an idea of what to expect.
